The industry-wide survey looked at problems experienced by previous owners of three-year-old vehicles over the past 12 months. Overall reliability is determined by the number of problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). Therefore, a lower score reflects a higher level of trust. The survey consisted of 30,062 surveys that were completed and examined how the 2020 models are currently faring in terms of quality, component replacement, and appeal.

Power has collected and aggregated tens of thousands of customer votes from verified business owners. “Kia customers rate their experience as high quality after three years of ownership,” said Doug Betts, J.D.
